1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — 152-FZ).
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User during the use of the website a-contract.com (hereinafter — the Site), its services, and products.
1.3. Consent to Personal Data Processing. The User gives consent freely, by their own will, and in their own interest. Consent is expressed through active actions: ticking a checkbox in the contact form, as well as by selecting the appropriate button in the cookie banner.
1.4. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (Article 10 of 152-FZ) or biometric data.
1.5. Legal grounds for processing:

consent of the data subject (at the stage of receiving requests);

performance of a contract (after its conclusion, in accordance with paragraph 5, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ);

2. What Data Is Processed and What Operations Are Performed
General list of personal data that the Operator may receive:

List of operations with personal data:
The Operator carries out the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools (e.g., when working with paper documents).
3. User Rights as a Personal Data Subject
3.1. The User whose personal data is processed by the Operator has the right to:
3.1.1. Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data, in the manner and to the extent established by Article 14 of 152-FZ. A request should be sent to info@acont.ru.
3.1.2. Request the Operator to clarify (correct) their personal data, block or destroy it if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, obtained illegally, or is no longer necessary for the stated purpose.
3.1.3. Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to info@acont.ru. The withdrawal of consent takes effect within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of such notice.
3.1.4. Appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
3.2. The rights specified in clause 3.1 of this Policy are exercised by sending a written request to info@acont.ru. All requests are considered by the Operator within 10 (ten) business days from the date of their receipt.
4. The Purpose of Collecting and Processing Personal Information
4.1. The Operator processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Establishing feedback with the User, processing requests and applications submitted through the contact form (/contacts/). The form collects the following data:

subject of the message;

text of the message.
Legal basis: Consent.
4.1.2. Conducting statistical and analytical research aimed at improving the operation of the Site, using the Yandex.Metrica service. This service uses cookies to collect anonymized data about visits, traffic sources, and user behavior. Processing of data by Yandex.Metrica is carried out only with the active consent of the User, expressed through the cookie banner settings.
4.1.3. Carrying out advertising activities (sending information and advertising messages, conducting marketing research) only with the separate, explicit consent of the User (e.g., by checking a separate box in the form).
4.2. Processing for contract performance. If, as a result of processing a request, a contract is concluded between the Operator and the User (including acceptance of an invoice or an offer), further processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of executing this contract without the need for repeated consent (paragraph 5, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ).
5. Cookies, Yandex.Metrica, and Privacy Settings
5.1. The Site uses cookies to ensure its functionality, collect statistics, and improve the operation of services.
5.2. All cookies used on the Site are divided into the following categories:
5.2.1. Technically necessary (mandatory) cookies. They ensure the correct operation of the Site, the ability to remember the User's choice (such as language selection), as well as the functioning of the server infrastructure. These cookies do not require the User's separate consent.
5.2.2. Analytical cookies. They are used to collect statistics on Site traffic, traffic sources, and User behavior. The Site uses the Yandex.Metrica service, which sets cookies to collect anonymized statistical data. Processing of this category of cookies is carried out only with the active consent of the User, which is expressed by clicking the «Allow Cookies» button in the information banner when first visiting the Site.
5.3. The User can change their cookie settings at any time by clicking the «Cookie Settings» link at the bottom of any page of the Site, or by using their browser settings.
5.4. The storage period for technically necessary cookies is up to 1 year from the last visit to the Site or until the end of the session (for session cookies). The storage period for analytical cookies set by Yandex.Metrica is determined by the terms of that service and does not exceed 3 years.

5.6. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.
5.7. Databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located on the territory of Russia.
6. Conditions for Processing and Transferring Personal Data
6.1. The Operator stores Users' personal information in accordance with internal regulations and the stated purposes of processing.
6.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained.
6.3. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties only in the following cases:

the User has given explicit consent to such actions;

the transfer is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User (for example, to a courier service or postal operator);

the transfer is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no more than 3 (three) years from the date of the User's last interaction with the Site. Upon expiry of this period, personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization.
6.5. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
7. Responsibilities of the Parties
7.1. The User is obliged to provide accurate personal data when filling out forms.
7.2. The Operator is obliged to use the received information solely for the purposes specified in this Policy; ensure confidentiality; take measures to protect personal data.
7.3. The Operator is liable for non-performance or improper performance of duties as established by 152-FZ.
7.4. The Operator is released from liability for loss or disclosure of personal data if it occurred as a result of force majeure, illegal actions of third parties, or other circumstances that arose through no fault of the Operator, provided that the Operator complies with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes between the User and the Operator are subject to resolution through a claim procedure. The response period to a claim is 10 (ten) business days.
8.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is submitted to a court at the location of the Operator in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.
